When you receive the email notification that your package is ready for pickup, forward it to your student. They can pick up the package from our self-service lockers using the link from the notification email, or they can check in at one of our kiosks using the email address associated with the account the order was placed from.
You will receive an email and text notification (if you’ve opted in to receive shipping notifications via text) when your package arrives and is ready for pickup. Follow the link in the email or text to get your pickup code. Once you’re at the store, scan your code at the lockers to pick up your package.
